Do you have a passion for data, with user-level experience of CRM's, and a sound knowledge of MS Excel?


Charity People is helping a professional membership body representing a community of over 11,500 investment professionals in the UK find a full-time Data and IT Support Administrator.


This is a rare development opportunity for someone to be trained in higher level CRM skills, so if training once in post, appeals, this could be the job for you
The role comes with a salary of £30,000 and an attractive benefits package.


This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the central London office two days per week and home-based the remaining three days.


As Data and IT Support Administrator, you will support the Digital and IT teams with their ambitious digital transformation roadmap.

This roadmap includes large-scale CRM and CMS builds using two of the leading software technologies in Microsoft Dynamicsand Sitecore.

The internal office also wants to maximise using Office 365 for all its staff to improve the internal user's experience.

Within this varied role as Data and IT Support Administrator, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

  • Working with Excel on reports, incl. pivot tables and v-look ups.
  • Manage internal IT support for problems staff have with key systems (previous experience not essential).
  • Liaise with their client's IT vendors on resolving issues on behalf of staff.
  • Manage the IT setup of new users, including the provisioning of IT equipment, setup of accounts and going through IT inductions.
  • Oversee the IT assets for the business, including the IT inventory database.

Additional requirements include:


  • Some experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc)
  • Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and V look ups.
  • Excellent communications skills, with ability to build strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
