    Job Title: Senior Loan Operations Specialist

    The role involves overseeing the off-shore Loans Admin team, ensuring operational matters are handled efficiently. Key responsibilities include liaising with borrowers and lenders, analysing available undrawn commitment balances, processing drawdowns, repayments, and reconciliations.

    • Liaise with borrowers and lenders regarding operational matters.
    • Analyse available undrawn commitment balance to ensure utilisation is in line with facility agreement terms.
    • Process drawdown, rollovers, repayments.
    • Calculate, process and reconcile commitment, utilisation fee and charges and liaise with agents/customers of missing payments.
    • Actively participate in the review of Financing Agreements when closing deals.
    • Assist the lenders in the decision-making processes when required.

    This role requires experience in Syndicated Loan Administration, preferably in agency management as well as the review of financing contracts; knowledge of LMA contracts, calculations of loans settlements, management of participations, etc.


    Key Skills:

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and industry standards.
