We currently have a great opportunity for a Operations Assistant to join a busy and expanding team within a well known Shipping and Removals company.


You will be an integral part of our busy Operations team this position is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the European Controller with his responsibilities.
  • Prepare damage reports in accordance with Company procedure.
  • Daily allocation for road and warehouse crews via Moveware.
  • Book overnight accommodation and arrange night out money for road crews.

Experience required:


  • Ideally min 1 years proven administrative experience, ideally in a logistics environment.
  • Technologically proficient and familiarity with MS office software.
  • Friendly, approachable and able to communicate with various people at different levels.
