Are you experienced in providing Complex Care to children and young people?
Would you like to progress your career by working with children who require complex clinical care?
We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a pleasant young girl who lives with her loving family in Heywood and requires support with her complex care needs on a 1:1 basis.
While at home she loves to get involved in various activities, interacting with her family and care team, enjoys watching her favourite cartoons such as CBeebies and listening to music.
You will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling, and attend to her clinical care needs when required.
You will engage and support with her learning and development and assist her to enjoy her hobbies and interests.Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
Desirable Experience
- Seizure Management
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)
- Oxygen management
We have the following shifts available;
- Part Time Days
- 3 shifts per week
- Monday
- Sunday
- 8.00am
- 3.30pm
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays:
£13.00 per hour (Approx. £97.50 per 7.5-hour shift)
Weekends:
£14.00 per hour (Approx. £105 per 7.5-hour shift)
Bank Holidays:
£16.00 per hour (Approx. £120 per 7.5-hour shift)
This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst you will be delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and her family.
