Broster Buchanan are working alongside a well respected organisation who work across the whole of the UK to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor to join them at their head office in Derbyshire.

Ideally they are looking for someone to work within their customer contact team who play a huge role in bringing new clients into the business as well as updating them on new and changing services within the business.

This client has a huge focus on culture and customer experience so it is essential that you have a strong background in customer service and the ability to build rapport with customers whilst also embodying the companies values of being warm, empathetic andcaring.


If you have experience:

  • Working within a telephone support/customer service role and a passion to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Are highly motivated and enjoy talking to lots of different people
  • Are friendly and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Are empathetic and also have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload as part of a busy team
  • Excellent IT skills and experience working with Microsoft Office.
