Client Excellence Executive role


This is an exciting role which involves passionately representing Tabletop technology and ensuring all our clients are always super happy.


The key responsibilities will be to:

  • Successfully and passionately lead deployments of Tabletop technology
  • Host regular training sessions and webinars with clients to improve understanding and use of Tabletop
  • Help compile key reporting data and other aftercare documentation for clients
  • Support the sales and aftercare team in client meetings and videocalls
  • Serve as the point of escalation for client issues; ensure all concerns are addressed quickly, thoroughly and successfully
  • Constantly demonstrate and share the values of Tabletop in all client and staff interactions
  • Regularly visit client venues to provide training and support

Training


We want new people to have the best possible start so anyone joining Tabletop will undergo an exciting and engaging induction programme so that they can learn about Tabletop, meet their colleagues and have time to settle into the team.

This role will provide the opportunity to develop skills and for progression


Place of work
This is an office-based role.

However, our clients are based around the UK at many prestigious venues and this role presents a great opportunity to regularly visit some superb places.


Requirements:


  • You will need your own laptop
  • You will need a full driving licence

From £30,000.00 per year
