I am working with one of Milton Keynes top employers, they offer great stability, opportunities and development. They have a long list of great benefits including 27 days holiday, and a good commission structure in place. They are currently recruiting fora Business Development Executive.

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Selling products and services to new and existing customers.
  • You will be looking for new sale opportunities and gaining an understanding of client's needs.
  • You will be a support for existing customers with their queries and investigate in to how you can help them more.
  • You will consistently review your sales pipeline in order to be consistent to deliver the right products to the right people.
For this role you need to have experience in:

  • A phone based sales role, working towards and hitting targets.
  • You will need to be motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Is it essential you have good written and verbal skills.
  • To be successful in this role you must be a selfstarter and have the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • You must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience of exceeding targets and the ability to win new business.
