Description

Building surveyor / technical officer role to work in our void and lettings team, officer will be responsible for specifying void refurbishment works both general needs and temporary accommodation.

Knowledge

A recognised building qualification or relevant industry experience.
Knowledge and understanding of the Housing Disrepair protocol.
Knowledge of contract management in a building maintenance and adaptations environment

Experience

Substantial experience of dealing with the public, resolving queries/problems or giving advice.
Substantial experience of repairs & maintenance service delivery, sustainability and construction

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 8 months

Salary:
From £22.00 per hour

Experience:

Building Surveyor: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- recognised building qualification (required)
