The Professional Squash Association (PSA) is the global governing body responsible for the administration of both men's and women's professional squash around the world.

With over 1400 registered players and more than 200 events taking place around the globe every year, the PSA World Tour and the PSA Challenger Tour, both managed and run by the PSA, showcases the game of squash at its highest level in some of the world's most unique and stunning locations.


The key responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of travel management for PSA Group, World Squash Officiating and production crew, within an agreed budget and timescale
  • Develop and manage a network of freelance production crew, coordinating bookings, travel, contracts and invoicing
  • Responsible for managing production documentation, risk assessments and method statements and ensure all crew training remains up to date
  • Manage the daytoday relationship with broadcasters, betting partners and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain standardised operations guides to ensure highlevel production setup across all broadcast events
  • Work in close collaboration with the Head of Operations, live production team & PSA freight partner to ensure the costeffective and timely delivery of broadcast equipment
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment at all times, escalating any issues or areas of concern
  • Proactively look for ways of improving efficiencies within the production and travel environment, promote diversity and advocate for new sustainable strategies across PSA Group projects

About you:

  • You will have previous experience in a similar logistics and/or travel management role


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to establish and maintain effective relations with a wide range of contacts both written and verbal.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.

Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team working across all departments within the PSA Group

Given the nature of the role, outstanding attention to detail is essential.

Excellent working knowledge of basic computer packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

An interest in sport would be desirable.
