    Risk & Compliance Advisor

    Career Opportunities:

    This is a pivotal role in the ongoing success of Crown Records Management and Fine Art in the UK and Ireland.

    The successful candidate will be office based in Enfield with the requirement to visit major sites in London, across the UK and Ireland.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide competent advice, support, and guidance on managing health, safety, environmental, quality risks to directors and senior management teams.
    • Development, implementation, and management of risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
    • Development, implementation, and management of Risk and Compliance policies, procedures, and processes.
    • Ensure each business area effectively manages and improves their suite of compliance risks and metrics.
    • Ensure Crown Records Management and Fine Art maintain and continually improve ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, 27001 certifications.
    • Manage non-conformances using Crowns IOF system.
    • Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, including RIDDOR.
    • Support the implementation of an integrated accident, incident, near miss, and investigation system within Crown.
    • Facilitate local business-specific H&S committee meetings.
    • Plan and carry out audits, inspections, and reviews based on Crown UK&I risk profile.
    • Support providing information and data for RFP and bid writing.
    • Ensure Crown maintains certifications and awards such as Safe Contractor, CHAS, ROSPA Gold etc.
    • Provide monthly data-driven dashboards and insights on compliance levels.
    • Ensure local business continuity plans and disaster recovery processes are up to date, relevant, and tested.
    • Contribute to developing and conducting Risk and Compliance Training for Crown UK&I staff and subcontractors/service partners.
