This is a super exciting position for someone to join a high performing Sales team.


The Business Development Executive will drive to exceed sales targets and ensure they have a strong sales pipeline, while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.


A successful BDE will consistently demonstrate a proactive approach in dealing with their prospects and customers but also have the drive and hunger to succeed.

They have a relaxed and fun, collaborative team working environment. The Business Development team is a high-performing team who work hybrid remote from the office.


Description

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive include:

  • Qualifying opportunities and actively managing accounts
  • Demonstrate company portfolio knowledge and ensure all crossselling opportunities are identified
  • Contribute to an accurate weekly sales forecast
  • Log and update all opportunities and customer contact information on NetSuite on a regular basis
  • Monitor your backorder report ensuring customer ship dates are met, and issues are proactively identified and resolved
  • Proactively build a LinkedIn network and actively promote the companies brand across our social platforms

Profile

The successful Business Development Executive will have:

  • The ability to work well under pressure (and to tight deadlines)
  • Hungry for success, demonstrates drive and tenacity
  • A few years experience in a Sales role
  • Comfortable and confident in a fastpaced environment, using initiative to complete tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, and can interact with professionalism
  • Has a passion for selling and is motivated by achieving (or smashing) targets
