Description

Magnus Search in partnership with a well known Ground Handling company located Bristol International Airport are looking for
Front of House Staff /Passenger Service Agents.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experiences and someone who enjoys working as an individual or part of a team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in of passenger's baggage for their respective flights
Checking passports, visa documentation and flight details
Offering and aiding customers' needs
Direct customers to the right direction/assist if needed
Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

Skills required:

Good eye for the details
Previous customer service experiences
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Patient and understanding
Flexibility
Passport or Birth Certificate
UK Settled Status (If applicable)
Proof of National Insurance
Proof of (current) Address
5 Year Address History
5 Year Work Reference History

Hours of work/Pay rates:

Full time position with permanent role opportunity

£ 10.50 p/h paid weekly

Overtime premiums available

2 weeks paid training provided
Hours may vary working on a
5 on 3 off pattern

An example of this Rota pattern could be;

Day 1: 03:00 - 12:00

Day 2: 04:00 - 13:00

Day 3: 05:00 - 14:00

Day 4:
:00

Day 5: 12:00 - 21:00

Overtime is available

Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.
