Legal 500 - Brand New Role

Legal Assistant - Conveyancing

With offices located across Somerset, this Legal 500 firm are now looking for a skilled legal assistant to join their Conveyancing team.

This role will be joining the Dorchester office.

Due to an overflowing workload this position will require an assistant that has experience within residential conveyancing, working alongside one senior associate and legal executive as well as another legal assistant.

You will need to know the transactionalprocesses of both sales and purchases of leaseholds, freeholds, new builds, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
