It is today used by thousands of advisers and helps them ensure investment suitability, increase efficiency and demonstrate value to their clients.
Advisers use Dynamic Planner to gain information about their clients, to calculate their appetite for risk, to analyse their financial situation, and to match them with suitable investment opportunities.
Role Purpose:
To gain experience and contribute to all aspects of the project management process so that you can support and add value to the team whilst developing your knowledge and career within the Implementation team at Dynamic Planner.
The Junior project officer will work within all of the sprint teams across a broad range of areas of product development.
- Working with PMs to execute approval workflows, RAID management, Reporting and Plan management
- BAU incident management
- Regular BAU product tasks
- Timesheet management and reporting
- Release Management
- Support PMs as required.
- Manage small projects if required
What does the implementation team do?
- Leading planning and implementation of both internal and external projects to achieve organizational targets
- Empower and lead the team to maximise their potential
- Provide drive and though leadership in evaluating and implementing applicable Agile process and methodologies
- Effectively communicate project status and progress in all relevant forums developing stakeholder confidence
Career development:
- Junior project officer: work with PM team to organise and administer PM function
Project Manager:
To work within one of the sprint teams across a broad range of areas with support of a PM and work with PMO function

Project Manager:
Own and drive forward major multiple projects

Competencies (knowledge/skills/experience):
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Competent using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
Education & Qualifications
- Min A levels or professional qualification relevant to project management
