As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing essential administrative support to our CEO and COO.

Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact, answering phones, and scheduling meetings with clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the CEO and COO.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ensure availability of necessary items.
  • Handle office supply orders efficiently to maintain a wellequipped workspace.
  • Provide assistance with office cleanup and organization to ensure a tidy and professional environment.
  • Undertake personal errands for the CEO and COO as required to support their daily activities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization standards of the office, creating a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors.
  • Offer support with personal errands for client staff, fostering positive relationships and exceptional service.
  • Uphold a professional appearance of the office, ensuring it reflects our company values at all times.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to solve problems and support team members.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and schedules.

Salary:
£29,659.00-£31,364.00 per year
