Maintenance Operative - Regional
Location - Central Belt and East Scotland
£28,827.80 per annum (Effective from 1st April) - Plus Company Van and Phone**
40 hours per week

Where you'll work
You will support 9 homes across Central Belt and East Scotland, to cover our Homes based in Ayr, Prestwick, Kilmarnock, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Dumfries, Edinburgh and Tranent.

- Maintaining a safe and wellpresented environment, you will carry out general maintenance in the home and its grounds
- As well as carrying out weekly health and safety checks and risk assessments, you should also work to relevant regulations and guidelines
- Becoming our C365 Champion (our online compliance platform) and supporting our MOs with any technical matters that may arise
- Occasional contact with contractors and residents is possible, so strong communication (both written and verbal) and organisational skills are key to this role
- Working alongside our Regional Maintenance Managers to identify inhouse projects to be carried out across the Region
- The role will involve supporting the network of homes across our Central Belt and East Scotland region, so regular driving will be expected in this role.
What skills do I need?
- Team work A happy team, makes for happy residents and a happy home
- A current driving licence.
- Experience of working in Maintenance in a Care environment would be an advantage.
