We have an exciting Role in Birmingham across 4 Opticians Practices in the Birmingham regions, for a full-time Diabetic Retinal Eye Screener.

The Diabetic Retinal Screener will screen patients for diabetic retinopathy.

A friendly community independent opticians in the Birmingham areas, that provide local services and care to all patients.

The Retinal Screener will screen patients for diabetic retinopathy.

Job role:

To provide a high standard of care for patients.
To provide an eye screening service for diabetic patients in community.

To support the delivery of a high quality, professional, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work.

The essential criteria for this role includes the requirement to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health Screening (or equivalent)
