This role of HR Manager will see you working within a small, but formidable team.

You'll oversee four self-driven, largely self-managed HR professionals where your input and expertise will solidify the department, drive projects forward, steer the helm,and develop HR business strategies that ensure a people centric culture.

For this position a salary of £50,000-£60,000 is offered with a £7,500 car allowance plus other notable benefits.
Working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, based in their Birmingham office.

Role responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of the HR department and function
Provide dedicated HR advice to colleagues and Line Managers including, but not exhaustive, from recruitment to complex ER matters
Support, coach, and mentor four departmental professionals
Provide compliant solution focused strategies to aid and assist in the resolution of present and foreseeable future ER issues
