Please note:
Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish.
However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.
Overview of the role is detailed below:
* Client correspondence, written and verbal.
* Processing new business.
* Preparation of client review packs.
* Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser's diary.
* Illustration requests.
* Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures.
* Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
* Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate.
* General back-office support using IO software
