Description

A Fantastic Fixed Term opportunity to deliver a field-based stock integrity project across a national network. We are looking for a Field Based Stock Assessor to support a regional retail stock-take within Scotland.

Field Based 5 Days
Up to £13/hr
6-week Fixed Term Contract

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
1 x AM and 1 x PM Stock take Schedule
Expenses Paid

As Field Stock Assessor you are representing a national retailer, overseeing process orientated stock takes, as part of a national branch network project.

You've worked with 3rd party, internal and external stakeholders, have a detailed approach.

You are dedicated, firm and able to question; to spot discrepancies, check and assess onsite data to find one version of the truth.

This is a field-based role, you will be working independently to fulfil on a national project within your region.

You must have a valid driving licence and your own vehicle, be comfortable with (expensed) long distance travel and overnight stays away from home.

Stock Administrator Core Responsibilities:

Provide highest moral standards of administration and customer service to all stock take stakeholders
Maintaining schedules and plans & driving daily oversight of a complex, national stock take program within your region.
Administering accurate data and reporting within required timescales
Brief and advise internal and external stakeholders about schedules, plans and checklists within each stock check
Deliver expert planning to match robust stock take schedule to meet client challenges.

Stock Coordinator Experience/Skills & Competencies:

Demonstrate the ability to deliver on challenging targets
Operating highly efficient and effective systems and processes.
Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication skills - Firm, concise, factual and relevant information delivered to tight timescales
