Right now, thanks to a growing and diverse portfolio of global clients - all focused on making a positive impact through their customers, employees, or talent - the search is on for a new Account Director to join their senior team.

In this pivotal role you'llensure the smooth delivery of best-in-class service and solutions for clients, help achieve or exceed retention, revenue and account profitability targets, and be central to the growth, development and delivery of the Account Team.

Above all, you'll share the agency's values and of precision, curiosity and agility to build strong and enduring consultative relationships with clients and colleagues alike.


What you'll be doing:


  • Define and deliver strategic brand and communications solutions to clients, achieving the highest levels of satisfaction at all times, on time and on budget.
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee/appraise all creative output.
  • Regular client status reports, project estimates, schedules, workflows, forecasts, opportunities, problems.
  • Align agency values with client values to best represent approach to purpose, sustainability and impact at each step of project management.
  • Work with the Account Management Team to drive client development plans.
  • Qualify all opportunities, prepare and research client proposals with internal stakeholders to develop winning solutions/ideas to present/pitch.
  • Account revenue forecasting/monitoring and account P&L, managing and/or overseeing project budgets, estimates, business cases, RoI models.
  • Support building, developing, coaching, appraising, leading Account Team.
  • Contribute to new business/client development activity as required.
  • Identify and screen suppliers, negotiate terms and service level agreements.

Who we're looking for:

To be successful in this role you will come with:

  • Minimum 5 years' account team experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team.
  • Consultative approach to service delivery at a strategic level with an extensive and sophisticated understanding of project management/operational process.
  • Sophisticated appreciation for brand and content marketing principles, techniques and effectiveness, able to critique creative output.
  • Solid numeracy with experience of budgeting, forecasting and profit reporting.
  • Polished presentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic/analytic, systematic, and able to sell, negotiate, lead and motivate.
  • Can coordinate a variety of projects across multiple clients or contacts.
  • Able to quickly review, evaluate and summarise information.
  • A principled and ethical team player who loves the creative agency environment.
