Description

A Manufacturing company based in Worcester are looking for an Assembly/Production Operative to join their team on a temp - perm or permanent basis working 07:4- 16:30, Monday - Thursday and 07:30 - 13:30 on Friday.

The company themselves have over 40 years' experience in casting supplying to a range of high-profile customers.
As a Production Operative you will be responsible for:
Assembling products by hand and with the use of hand tools.
Operating Machinery.
Assisting with moving of stock and materials to different parts of the Production area.
Moving through different parts of the Production area determined by the needs of the business.
Other general Production/Manufacturing duties.
As a Production Operative you will be required to:
Have worked as a Production Operative before would be beneficial but not essential.
Precious experience in an Assembly or Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
Previous experience using tools would be beneficial but not essential.
A committed and enthusiastic approach to work will be essential.
Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
