You are currently a Team Leader looking to take that next step in your career or currently working as a Team Manager looking for your next move.

Your experience includes leadership, management and solid DB pensions knowledge. If you have some exposure to client management this would be advantageous but not essential.

Key areas of the role are performance and resource management; these include acting as a lead with training and coaching, supporting senior management and developing stakeholder relationships.
