Job summary

A new leadership position contributing to the strategic direction of Second Hand Dance, supporting the Co-Directors to realise an adaptive leadership model. Achieving NPO status in 2023, the company continues to subtly challenge the status quo, creating equitable, playful shared dance experiences for children and adults that tour nationally and internationally. This is a key role during a time of visioning with responsibility for management of resources finances and people.
