About Our Client:


Page Personnel are supporting a UK-wide, highly successful organisation in the hospitality sector with the appointment of a Learning Design and Project Partner for a 12 month interim role.

This role can be home-based, anywhere in the UK, but you will be required to attend one of the sites circa 2 days per week - The organisation has circa 3000 sites around the UK

This role is offered on a 12 month Interim basis.


Working as part of a large HR function, the role of Learning Design and Project Partner is an exciting and varied role - you will be responsible for project management of a wide variety of Learning material covering a wide range of topics across the organisation.


This will include but not limited to:

  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders, managers and leaders within this vast organisation to understand the training needs
  • Work with stakeholders to determine the best training methods and means of communication across the organisation
  • Working with key stakeholders to provide expertise in solutions using robust project plans.
  • This may involve both creation of solutions across digital, social, or facetoface
  • You will work closely with the Digital Learning Producers to involve them in the design process
  • Taking input on design ideas before making proposals and providing them with the information needed to produce required solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to agree learning goals

The Successful Applicant:

Ideal applicants for this role will ideally have a background involving the design of learning material.


You will also have the ability to manager various projects at any time and build excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders around a large organisation.
