Hours:3 days per week, 9am-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:


  • Be first point of contact for clients and intermediaries dealing with them efficiently and appropriately. Building relationships with clients and intermediaries in a professional manner
  • Accurate diary management for allocated fee earner team. Liaising with allocated fee earner team on a regular basis to ensure any required materials, media, documentation etc are prepared timely
  • Handling telephone enquiries in a helpful, timely and professional manner, dealing with queries as appropriate, ensuring messages are taken accurately and following up on any agreed actions
  • Taking responsibility for the completion of Companies House, Land Registry and HMRC forms, liaising with clients to complete the same, filing forms and payments and diarising deadlines and following up on outstanding requirements
  • Assist the feeearner with file opening procedures (including but not limited to client conflict check, money laundering and ID check) in accordance with the Quality Manual
  • Assisting with the preparation of bundles and any other documents as required
