My client is a leading business within the healthcare sector, with a head office based within the East Midlands and over 10 medical centres based across the UK, generating a turnover of around £50m.
FRS have been enlisted to assist with succession planning with the recruitment of a HR/Payroll Manager.
My client is ideally seeking to appoint an individual to manage all aspects of day to day Generalist HR of which will include recruitment, training, benefits, multiple sites, training plan for staff, absence policy, this individual must have PAYROLL experienceas the position will be split 50/50 between HR/Payroll.
A competitive basic salary, coupled with excellent benefits and sizeable bonus based on company performance and improvements will be given.
