Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a Redditch based client with a new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client are looking for passionate, customer service driven individuals who can provide support to customers and colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard

Key duties will include:

Daily outbound calls to ensure coordination with customers and installers
Receive calls from customers, answering any queries and complaints swiftly and with appropriate empathy
Monitor and track the status of ongoing installations
Log service calls and ensure repairs are completed to customers satisfaction before closing the job
Take customer payments upon completion of projects
Check and submit invoice paperwork to ensure payments are made on time

This is a varied customer service focused role.

Acting as a central point of contact within a fast-paced environment you will have the ability to use your initiative to keep projects running smoothly.

You will be a confident communicator and a team-playerwho can deliver excellent levels of customer service. Previous experience in a customer service driven role is essential.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and my client is offering a highly competitive salary, bonus, employee benefits scheme and additional leave for your birthday.
