A national contractor based in London are looking for a Senior Estimator with experience in groundworks to support their growing commercial team, who are working on projects in a variety of sectors, including residential and commercial, with values up to £100m.

This prestigious contractor, who have worked across The UK for decades, are specialists in their area, run by a team of experts with a passion for the industry, and are hiring across multiple divisions due to high demand.

The Senior Estimator they hire will be granted the opportunity to work independently and the opportunity to grow in the company.

The Senior Estimator position:

As Senior Estimator, you will work within a forward-thinking and dynamic team who are a key component of the company's success, whilst gaining experience working on various projects.

You will be the ideal Senior Estimator for the role if you live locally, are looking for a new challenge and have relevant experience.

Requirements for this Senior Estimator position:

You should have previous experience as a Senior Estimator
Previous experience on projects in major build sectors residential is Ideal but not essential.
Previous experience working on projects valued over £5m
You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
