Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Services Officer to work with an amazing organisation based in Twickenham on a permanent basis.

Our client is seeking a well organised individual to carry out administrative and other related work for the Regional Property Manager and Senior Head of Property and undertake various duties to assist the wider Department and also to work with the contractors and residents on continuous improvement of projects and ensure clear communication with all parties when booking and confirming appointments


Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously deliver and support the continuous improvement in processes and information ouputs
  • Manage relationships with the legal team, contractors and Property surveyors, acting as a point of contact for all parties when relevant.
  • Providing all administrative duties for the team including reports, tracker management, complaint updates, insurance, Northgate order raising and management, Power BI and iproc.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve services and promote the business in a positive way.
  • Analyse information provided to ensure it is understood and accurate and to escalate any concerns early.
  • Update staff regularly on the status of the tracker providing a summary of actions completed and outstanding
  • Feed into contractual meetings and support effective contracts management
  • Provide administration duties as requested

Skills Required:

  • Experience of dealing with customers from different backgrounds, and delivering a positive and easy service to customers.
  • Experience of analysing customer feedback to achieve service improvements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders.
  • Experience of dealing with customers and responding to customer enquiries on the phone and in writing.
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Office and the ability to easily learn other IT packages.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to problem solve.
