We are recruiting a Chartered Surveyor on behalf of our customer who are a well-respected successful national property consultancy.

As a Chartered surveyor you will be a key member of the valuation team, building a client base and delivering on all valuationrelated needs.

As a Chartered Surveyor your responsibilities will include;

Manage client relationships
Deliver against your own fee earning targets
Support the team to outperform KPI's and performance indicators
Driver business development
Seek new profitable opportunities for all areas of the company
Support senior team members on large/complex instructions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in your own skills as well as the team processes
Experience of operating in the property sector
Proven track record of building and developing client portfolios
Strong technical valuation skills and knowledge of valuation techniques
Full Membership to RICS

The Employment package on offer;

Up to £50,000 per annum + bonuses
