Description

This role will be responsible for the implementation and management of the company's ISO Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety systems.

• Carry out ISO audits at branch locations within company in accordance with ISO 9001/ Roll out certification program to any future Branches.
• Carry out Evaluation of Compliance at branch locations within company in accordance with ISO 1400
• Ensure audit program is maintained to the highest standards and met annually
• Prepare quarterly QHSE reports and present findings to the Directors, including KPI's of branch service levels.
• Carry out biannual Management Review
• Control iAuditor programme/ software (QHSE documentation)
• Introduce and maintain Environmental Green Teams at all certified sites
• Record and analyse annual environmental data and Carbon Footprint
• Prepare Annual Packaging Returns for Finance Director
• Source information from Regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance to Environmental Standard ISO1400
• Liaising with Supply Chain and suppliers to gather environmental information to ensure compliance with ISO 1400
• Ability to produce and amend manuals/procedures as required in accordance with ISO Standards

• Carry out ISO audits at branch locations within company in accordance with ISO Roll out certification program to any future Branches.
• Advise, guide, and inform management and employees on safety matters to assist them to fulfil their duties and to maintain effective safe working procedures
• Ensure that the requirements of the policies and management system are appropriately communicated to all employees and that they are, as far as possible followed.
• Assist in managing the health and safety function in order to reduce accidents and occupational illhealth in combination with the wider company operational management team.
• Source information from Regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance to H&S Standard ISO 4500
• Carry out and review company Risk Assessments and Fire Reviews.
