THE ROLE:
A rare and interesting opportunity has arisen within the highly ranked team of this leading law firm in Norwich.

Due to expansion, the firm are keen to recruit an additional Lawyer into the social housing team to deal with a full and varied caseload of matters.

Applications are welcomed from Commercial or Residential Property Lawyers who have gained exposure / handled some matters within the social housing sector.

The appointed Social Housing Lawyer will be working within a highly successful team who acts for a broadrange of national and regional registered providers, funders and private house-builders to name but a few.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives or Solicitors with at least 2 years' experience gained within a reputable practice recognised for their expertise in social housing or an in-house team with a knowledge of commercial or residential property matterswith a focus on the social housing sector would be advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail together with the ability to work closely with clients are key for this role.
