Pareto has partnered up with a leading global
Commerce Innovation and
Digital Transformation company to find their next
RVP of Sales, targeting the CPG and MAE markets.
This role will oversee a team of Sales Directors who are responsible for
new business sales across the CPG & MAE markets, throughout the US territory.
You will coach and develop your team, creating the strategic direction, whilst ensuring the team remains motivated and on track for success.
You will be a Sales Leader, managing a team of individual contributors and will have experience of carrying a managerial revenue quota.
You must have
Salesforce Consultative sales experience:
- Experience in CPG or MAE would be helpful, but is not essential
If you are a successful sales leader within the cloud transformation arena, with the relevant Salesforce Consulting experience, this might be the perfect role for you.

- +5 years' experience in consultative sales**:
- +2 years' managing a sales team**The role is
Remote Based, although the client has numerous offices located around the US which you are welcome to work from as well.
