CDM Advisor - Birmingham
Our client is large a national multi discipline construction consultancy.

They are recruiting for a Construction Design & Management Advisor to join their Health & Safety team based in Birmingham.

You will work on a wide range of projects, including national refurbishment and new build schemes across residential, education, health, care, commercial and government sectors.

Requirements:

Responsibilities include:

Carrying out site inspections, audits, advice, monitoring of key gateways and information including risk & method statements, Operations & Maintenance and Health & Safety file.
Work alongside the Head of Construction Design & Management, under our ISO 9001 Quality Management System to assist clients to manage health and safety risks by delivering a bespoke service.
Demonstration of Health & Safety skills and knowledge
5+ years industry experience
Health and Safety professional qualification such as:
Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health
IOSH
Member of the Association of Project Safety
APS
NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety
International Institute of Risk and Safety Management
IIRSM.
