Description

JC Sports are looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic individuals to deliver after school activities at one of our wrap around clubs.

We are looking to recruit activity leaders and a site manager for our location in Haslemere. This would suit someone with childcare experience or working with children in education. This position starts in September.

  • This is NOT a sports coaching position.

Hours: 7:45-8:45 & 3-6


Responsibilities and Duties
You will be able be to demonstrate the following:

  • Knowledge of how to plan and deliver a wide range of activities aimed at the primary age range in a childcare setting.
  • Ability to work both with other members of staff as well as individually.
  • Understanding of the differences between the age groups and abilities in a range of schools.
  • Strong behaviour management ability.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children.

Qualifications and Skills:


ESSENTIAL:
Experience of working with children.

Full driving licence


DESIRABLE:
Childcare Qualifications

Paediatric Level 3 First aid qualified (or willing to gain qualification)

Trained in Safeguarding Children (or willing to gain qualification).

Enhance DBS Checked (or willing to gain qualification).

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£15.00 per hour
