Compliance Coordinator - Enfield, United Kingdom - Critical Project Resourcing
Description
A Local Authority in North London is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join them on a contract basis, initially for 3 months.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of compliance services, including data entry and analysis.You will be required to review M&E and lifts records, raising relevant repairs, monitoring completion, and chasing actions.
Main duties will include:
- Uploading supporting documentation to document management systems following correct naming protocol.
- Dealing professionally and effectively with all contacts from Contractors assessing needs, and redirecting enquiries, where appropriate.
- Dealing with contractor and landlord enquiries and follow through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are updated and the adequate audit trails are in place.
- Understanding when and how to escalate issues to ensure requests are completed within a timely manner.
- Carrying out all accountabilities in compliance with the Council's Policies and Procedures.
- Experience of managing Mechanical and Engineering lift services.
- Experience managing contractors that deliver Mechanical and Engineering lift services.
- Experience of supporting change/ efficiency initiatives
- Strong IT technical skills
- Experience delivering high quality customer service care.
