Big Foot Events is one of the UK's leading Entertainment Agencies, based in Blackpool, Lancashire, and provides award-winning live entertainment and a wide variety of themed props and packages throughout the UK. Our company is always evolving and expanding, and we are looking for a confident, articulate, sales-focused individual to join our team on this exciting journey
Experience in Events and Entertainment is not essential, but a proven track record of sales is imperative.


The Role of Sales / Entertainment Co-Ordinator entails:

  • Liaising with suppliers and artistes to obtain quotes, confirm bookings and relay information and customer requests.
  • Recommend and sell suggestions, giving advice on the best products available for the customer's event. Must be willing to learn all about our fabulous products, themed nights and incredible live bands and artists, constantly expanding your product knowledge.
  • Provide a high level of customer service with a strong attention to detail.
  • Achieve set quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop new relationships and build on existing relationships at all levels, with clients, artistes and suppliers, to secure future work opportunities.
  • Promote the Big Foot brand and company values to customers, suppliers and bands alike.
  • Provide weekend emergency standby cover on a rota basis with other team members.

Qualities and Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Great telephone manner and friendly approach.
  • Proven success within a sales environment and good knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Personality, enthusiasm, motivation, commitment to succeed and hit sales targets.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Logical and practical approach to problemsolving.
  • Experience of working quickly, meticulously and under pressure, taking responsibility for your own workload and ensuring you see each job through to fruition, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of computers and all search engines. Training in our agency software package will be provided.
  • Experience and understanding of Sales and Direct Marketing.
  • Must have a good knowledge of music, bands, artistes from a wide range of eras and genres.

£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
