Red Bull UK are recruiting for a Trade Marketing Specialist - Tools & Services to be based in London, UK.


In this position you will manage the execution of the UK Trade Marketing strategy across the On Premise field team.

Your remit will be to ensure that we deliver best in class results in relation to our business priorities, ensuring that we look Awesome in Outlet across the covered universe.

You will work alongside the field teams providing them with the right tools and resources to drive consumption in the On Premise and achieve our LLN1 targets.

The ability to strategically plan and manage forecasts is an imperative part of the role, fostering close working relationships with Operations and Commercial Finance.

From nightclubs, bars and festivals to quick service restaurants and delivery apps, the On Premise is a unique environment where people come together with an ice cold can of Red Bull.

The role of Trade Marketing is to lead the marketing strategy within the On Premise, with the aim to position Red Bull as the #1 brand for the consumer and trade.

Achieved by increasing visible distribution, building Red Bull's relevance and increased use across the entire On Premise.


Tools and Budget Management
Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure we have best in class tools & POS forecasting
Ensure we have the right tools in place and work with HQ to explore new opportunities
Effectively manage the Trade Marketing budget
Manage existing and future agencies to drive further our #1 ambition


Strategy Development
Own the Trade Marketing vision for the field and manage the annual activation calendar and related budget
Be a key player in the business planning process and proactively manage independent customer plans


Inspiring Others
Internal Brilliance - brand and behaviour. Share best practice within team and wider business and give appropriate feedback and direction to the Field and ROPMs
External Brilliance - to be an advocate of the brand. Brilliant delivery of the 'World of Red Bull to all key external contacts and consumers
Have a strong external network with the gravitas to present compelling marketing strategies to our key partners


Independent Customer Interface
Be the expert in the On-Premise, spending time in trade to make informed decisions and build appropriate concepts and tools
Understand the Field Teams priorities and how we therefore can assist in achieving them
Interpret both the business and customers objectives to create plans that win for the brand and the customer
Have an execution based mind set that assists in delivering results


Qualifications:

Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
Strategic, leader, creative thinker
Proven On Premise experience
