We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Events Executive to join a group of growing companies operating in the construction industry.

As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a diverse range of events, including conferences, online training sessions, roundtables, internal team events, and larger-scale award ceremonies and exhibitions.

• Proven experience in managing events, preferably within construction or a corporate industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent budget management skills, with experience in developing event budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Demonstrated experience in securing event sponsorships and managing sponsor relationships and/or event partners.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative event experiences.
• Degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not necessary.
