A progressive and well reputed Construction services provider operating across development and general contracting sectors is seeking an experienced Site Manager due to an increase in workload.

Having secured academic refurbishment schemes of £250k to £1m, they are in need of a Site Manager to deliver one of the projects from initial enabling works to handiver.

You would be responsible for driving the project whilst maintaining high H & S and qualitystandards.

A keen communicator, it is expected you will have a proven track record gained within General contracting and on public sector schemes, plus the mandatory site certificates (SMSTS, CSCS Card and First aid at work).
