Description
Working for a lovely Client in Bradley Stoke. Monday to Friday standard office hours.

Responsible for:
Customer liaison and managing customer expectations.

Purpose:
To provide administration support for the Customer Support team as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record accurate information and determine next course of action, referring to the customer support team manager/specialist or other departments (as appropriate).
  • Monitor the production platform, ensuring all new tasks received are entered correctly by the client, assigned to the appropriate team, any information updated as required and any completed items closed.
  • Support clients with deadlines and ensure they are set as agreed in the task system.
  • Understand the full criteria for assigning tasks within the team.
  • Liaise with customers to manage expectations.
  • Support the workflow appropriately from a Customer Support Desk perspective.
  • Liaise with team managers as and when required to ensure understanding of all necessary aspects and needs of customer requirements.
  • Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company.
Technical Skills
Essential

  • Strong customer interface skills.
  • Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to learn and develop new skills in line with changes in software and systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software.
