Working for a lovely Client in Bradley Stoke. Monday to Friday standard office hours.Responsible for:
Customer liaison and managing customer expectations.
Purpose:
To provide administration support for the Customer Support team as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Record accurate information and determine next course of action, referring to the customer support team manager/specialist or other departments (as appropriate).
- Monitor the production platform, ensuring all new tasks received are entered correctly by the client, assigned to the appropriate team, any information updated as required and any completed items closed.
- Support clients with deadlines and ensure they are set as agreed in the task system.
- Understand the full criteria for assigning tasks within the team.
- Liaise with customers to manage expectations.
- Support the workflow appropriately from a Customer Support Desk perspective.
- Liaise with team managers as and when required to ensure understanding of all necessary aspects and needs of customer requirements.
- Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company.
Essential
- Strong customer interface skills.
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
- Ability to learn and develop new skills in line with changes in software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software.
