We are currently looking for a
Change Management to add to our
Change Management CST Team.
As a Lead Consultant you'll be responsible for helping our clients improve their Procurement/Finance functions as part of the deployment/implementation lifecycle.
Whilst working on projects it's important for you not get too lost in the details and maintain a 'big picture' view of project goals and ensure the steps/decisions made by the client align to the realisation of those goals.
This role involves day to day project management as well as delivery._What you bring to the team: _
You will lead the change management workstream on client projects, which will involve creating and implementing change management strategies and plans, then leading/supporting the implementation of these with the goal of driving client user adoption of their new technology.
You must have:
- A strong track record of leading change management activities on large and complex transformation projects across different sectors
- You are comfortable getting 'hands on' and into the detail of change management activities
- You have broad understanding of SAP/SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream solutions (not required to SME level)
- You have a broad knowledge of procurement and supply chain management (not required to SME level)
_ Would be a nice plus to have: _
- Experience in developing online learning solutions ideally working with tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
- Experience of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), ideally SAP Enable Now
- Experience in process mapping using tools like MS Visio
