Full-time permanent

Bath and Radstock

£20,500 - £23,000pa depending on experience + excellent benefits
Are you an experienced Administrator? Are you looking for a role that will provide lots of variety? If so this could be the role for you

Our client is looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their busy team.

Within this role, you will be supporting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees as well as providing confidential administrative support.


Key Duties:


  • Onboarding of New Staff
  • Processing Offer Letters and Contracts
  • Requesting and Verifying ID and references
  • Registering new starters with Wiltshire Disclosures (DBS)
  • Organising inductions for new employees
  • Processing Probation Review Paperwork and Probation Invitations
  • Creating new staff records
  • Creating Training Plans
  • Running reports
  • Processing leavers and updating systems
  • Uploading training records

Skills and Experience:


  • GCSEs at grade c or above in Maths and English
  • Essential
  • Good IT knowledge including Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience within an administration role

Hours for the role are Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

This role will be working 50/50 between Bath and Radstock - Please note there is no parking on site in the Bath office
