Position Summary:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team with every day duties.
The role will include typing quotations as per sales directors request and maintaining the quote log for the follow up procedure.
The role will include customer interaction; the individual must be confident on the phone, highly organised for paperwork requirements and able to work independently and within a team.
This role will also include supporting the decking department which includes assisting with answering the phone, customer interface at the main door, quoting projects and helping the sales team in organising deliveries.
Part time role
Mon-Thurs
9am-3pm
Essential Duties:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism with all parties
- Work closely with our customers to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up on orders placed.
- Work closely with our Support Team to ensure order processing is efficient and accurate.
- Assist with general administration duties around the offices
- Answering the office phone
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- 12 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must be a car driver
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£10.50 per hour
