Reporting to:
Finance Manager

Hours: 37.5+ hours per week (Monday to Friday)

  • Actively manage any overdue debt from clients and preemptive calls to ensure invoices are paid on time in line with terms and credit limits.
  • Ledger Management
  • Handling queries and liaising with other departments effectively, to resolve any customer issues
  • Customer Service handling calls professionally
  • Building relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer service and create opportunities for new business
  • Reducing how many debtors the business has

Requirements and skills:


  • Previous Credit Control experience in a similar sector
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • IT literate experience using various systems
  • Experience within a busy accounts department
  • Minimum education level, 9 GCSE's
  • Any accounting credentials would be a bonus
  • A positive outlook and a team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- credit control: 3 years (preferred)
