Salary Grade 5 £37,667 - £43,540 per annum including London Weighting.

Full time, 1.0 FTE, Permanent


We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, Disability professional to this new role to provide; initial assessment, practical assistance, signposting and advice to students and staff in relation to students who are experiencing barriers to learning (including, most commonly; mental ill health).


This post will be attractive to those with a substantial background in HE Disability support (particularly Mental Health) and seeking an exciting opportunity to make real impact in a small, professional and dedicated team within a world leading learning environment.

The post holder will be required to manage a busy caseload of students, responding to students causing significant concern. You must be confident in managing students at immediate risk of academic failure, course withdrawal, self
- harm and/or suicidal behaviour, whilst also being able to support other members of staff and be experienced enough to contribute to the School's Health, Wellbeing and Support for Study Proceduremeetings when required.

Central's Student Centreis the home of our support services and the location of this role. This includes the Student Advice Service, Neuro-Inclusion and Disability Service and Counselling Service.
