Locum Band 5 Mental Health Physiotherapist - Northampton
IMC Locums are the new age healthcare agency, we pride ourselves on delivering healthcare recruitment better.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapy Assistant to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Northampton. They are seeking a Physiotherapist with previous NHS experience.

12 month locum assignment to start as soon as possible
Full time hours (Monday
Friday) parttime will also be considered (3 days a week min)

Position Requirements

HCPC Registered
To work in acute mental health, across adult and possibly older adult functional and dementia wards. Provision of screening, assessments, falls safety, 1:1 and group treatments.

Ability to assess physical/mobility needs for discharge and prescribe aids/adaptationsfor safe discharge.
Home visits.
Physical ability to undertake manual handling and Breakaway/Low Level Intervention training.

Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Physiotherapy setting
