About the role, what will I be doing?_**•Have a full understanding of Eisi Hotel.
- Daily patrol of all public areas, replacing defective lamps, as necessary.
- Carry out general administration duties, as required.
- Implement and maintain all energy saving devices, within the hotel, in collaboration, with the Maintenance Manager / Assistant Maintenance Manager.
- Assist other Maintenance staff to accomplish maintenance tasks.
- Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required.
- Adhere to the company 10-minute response, to a guest related maintenance request.
- Schedule the meeting room air conditioning controls, in accordance with the daily conference meeting room list, to provide adequate comfort conditions.
- Light bulb changes (including changing lamp shades)
- A/C (filters/noises/thermostat changes)
- T.V. (reprogramming/changing)
- Windows (handle replacement/silicone)
- Telephones
- BMS/Water readings/gas readings/Salt topup
- Checking light bulbs from ground floor (restaurants, lobby, toilets etc.)
- Shower maintenance (changing silicone/toilet brush changes/toilet seat changes)
- Answering to Handyman calls/requests
- Changing keypads on safes
- Cleaning filter
