Due to our ever expanding business
, TLO Film Services are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Eton Wick as a
Vehicle Project Coordinator.

The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing logístical and administrative support for multiple productions simultaneously.

Able to prepare, manage and/or monitor specific production resource plans and budgets in order to deliver the best value for money throughout the production.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to source vehicles from various avenues.

Create portfolios for each production and negotiate prices.

Produce quotes based on client needs.

Able to manage the production from start to finish.

You will have experience of working effectively under pressure as a Vehicle Project Coordinator on fast turnaround productions, whilst working on several projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential.

Ability to use and navigate computer systems and databases proficiently.

Motivated, conscientious, reliable, good multi-tasker and not afraid of hard work.

General knowledge of Makes, Models etc of vehicles.

Full UK driving licence.

Salary is dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday

The role will suit an adaptable, self-motivated, conscientious individual.
